AN INDEPENDENT OPINION
The Academy contracted Soft Craft Research (Pty) Ltd www.softcraft.co.za, a leading provider of independent research, to conduct a brief and anonymous assessment of the training. As professionals, we were reluctant to share such information as a means to attract business. Although the course dates are listed, the Academy does not advertise its services. Based on the feedback from their assessment, Soft Craft Research nevertheless convinced us to highlight some key areas of value in the hope that this will enable the making of informed decisions.
